Lowestoft’s back to school party day together with an electrical draw, which was held on Saturday 10th September

From Basildon 18’s Wild West party day

A manic day, but yet again, Jan and her team throw an excellent party day for their customers; this time with a Wild West theme. It is fair to say there are no cowboys at this site, so no need for any scalps to be taken! The customers and staff sang Wild West tunes during the Bingo and enjoyed the party atmosphere throughout the day. Once again I can only abundantly acknowledge your energy and commitment to your venue.

Summer party at Basildon 23

Joyce and her team at Basildon 23 held a Summer Party, as part of their Focus plan, and a good time was had by all. The customers tucked into the cold chicken and rice, finished off with strawberries and cream. They enjoyed the Wheel of Fortune and the Patio set and B-B-Q was won by one of their regulars. Well done Basildon – keep up the good work.

Ashford’s new team quickly pulled together and produced a successful re-launch party where their customers had a fantastic experience.

Hollywood here we come!

The venue was decked in the Hollywood theme. It’s safe to say everyone enjoyed themselves and the delights of the buffet and drinks. Bingo games adapted incorporating the theme.

Bingo Party 104th Birthday Celebrations – Basildon 18

Doris, a customer of Basildon 18, came into the venue with her family to a surprise 104th bingo birthday party. She was presented with flowers, birthday cake and vouchers to treat herself, and was overwhelmed and extremely happy that the team had taken the time to make this a very special visit and day. She shed tears of joy!

Scotland Easter Bonnet Competition

We decided to run an Easter Bonnet Competition for customers and staff alike on Easter Party day to add some colour and fun to proceedings. Customers and staff went to great lengths to create some interesting and fun bonnets as pictured.

There were some wild and wonderful entries and each site who participated chose a staff member and a customer to then be forwarded into a draw for a £20 M&S voucher each. The lucky winners both came from Ava’s site in East Kilbride (independently drawn in Dumfries!). Customer winner Margaret Gibson found a new use for price of play tickets and Sarah Connolly, the lucky Easter bunny won the staff bonnet.

24 hour opening in Barking

Barking goes 24 hours with a Pyjama Party and the customer donned in his dressing gown won a prize!

Bedford re-launch Cashino Party

Bedford’s recent rebrand to “CASHINO” saw a great programme of re-launch promotions culminate in a Party Day at the end of the month featuring lots of cash and prizes to be won and the staff dressed up in sparkly tops and dresses to give the party an extra classy feel. Waitresses service a selection of drinks from the bar throughout the day (We have a special license to sell alcohol in Bedford ) and its fair to say both the staff and customers enjoyed a FANTASTIC day.

Pancake day at Basildon 18

Jan and her Team continue to get in the Party atmosphere by running yet another great party day. They ran a Pancake tossing competition for the customers who had a good laugh throughout the day. Next time I`ll try to be on site as chief taste tester!! Well done to all the Team.

Chinese New Year in Basildon

Jan and her Team in Basildon throw a Chinese New Year Party Day on 3^rd February and it’s fair to say it went with a “BANG”.

They put up fantastic oriental decorations.
They put on some extra fun games on the Bingo (lucky 8`s)
They had a £25 cash draw.
They served the customers a fantastic array of food from Chicken Curry, Sweet & Sour Chicken Rice plus buffet food for customers who find Chinese food a little rich. By the end of the party not a scrap was left!

Area Manager Adam Hughes said “Well done to all the Team, it’s clear to see everyone had a fun day. Fantastic keep up the good work!
